Delivery to a business address only
We offer standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery is usually made within 5-20 business days of receipt of order. Express delivery is usually made within 2-10 business days of receiving the order.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order using this tracking number.
You can place an order online on our website. We are also happy to welcome you to our factory or to one of our distributors in your area to place your order in person.
Terms of payment
We accept payment by credit card and PayPal
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of order for products that are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds.
If you find any damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We will replace or refund defective or damaged products after inspection to internal standards.
